Printable Biography:

Dr. Xia Li received her medical degree at Harbin Medical University, Harbin, China. She completed a residency in Occupational Medicine at Meharry Medical College, Nashville, Tennessee and a residency in Internal Medicine through East Carolina University Brody School of Medicine at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville, North Carolina. Dr. Li is board certified in Internal Medicine.

Dr. Li has practiced at McDonald Army Health Center, Fort Eustis, Virginia, Patient First in Newport News, Hampton Veteran Medical Center in Hampton and most recently with Sentara Medical Group.

Dr. Li oversees inpatient hospital care and coordinates with the patient’s physician to ensure the best care. TPMG welcomed Dr. Li to the Hospitalist Division at Mary Immaculate Hospital in August 2015.
