We are excited to see our former patients and welcome them to schedule an appointment with us at our new location in New Town. We offer and encourage our patients to use TPMG Patient Portal for electronic communications, such as requesting appointments and refills, communicating with us or paying your bill online. We have Staff Privileges at BOTH local hospitals and access to EPIC Health Records for added convenience to your pertinent healthcare information.

Dr. Glenn Rauchwarg has been practicing in the Williamsburg area since 1998, and Dr. Thomas Hoag has been practicing in the area since 2005.

TPMG welcomed Dr. Hoag, Dr. Rauchwarg and Eileen Vernon, NP-C and the opening of Discovery Park Family Medicine on October 1, 2014. Discovery Park Family Medicine is located in the New Town area of Williamsburg in Tidewater Medical Center at New Town in Building A.
