TPMG Yorktown Family Medicine has been serving patients in Yorktown, Newport News, Gloucester, and the surrounding areas since 1963.
Patients requiring same-day appointments are requested to call early in the day to schedule an appointment.
Blood pressure checks and allergy shots are available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please call us before you come to the office so that we can have your medical record available.
For patient convenience, Yorktown Family Medicine offers designated laboratory tests, Air Traffic Control physicals, and Class I, Class II, and Class III FAA flight physicals.
Dr. AnnMarie DeFiglio has nursery privileges at Mary Immaculate Hospital.
If you have an urgent medical need after office hours or on the weekend that requires the attention of a physician, please call our office for recorded instructions. After office hours, our physicians share on-call services with TPMG physicians; Dr. Polk, Dr. Browder and Dr. Moore.
Please request prescription refills during your appointment with your physician, or ask your pharmacist to fax us your refill request. Please allow 24 hours for us to process your request, after we receive it from your pharmacy.
Please request referrals during your appointment and allow 2-3 business days for us to process your request with your insurance carrier.
