Announcing the retirement of Dr. Laughlin on May 6, 2016.

Patients should contact the office for additional information.

C. Patrick Laughlin, M.D. announced his retirement after a life-long career in medicine on May 6, 2016.

Patients are encouraged to contact the office for information on requesting records, or for information pertaining to transferring care to another TPMG physician.

Patients who elect to continue their care with another TPMG physician will have their record transferred to the office of their choice.

Patients who choose to receive care from a non-TPMG physician must sign an Authorization to Release Medical Information form, and current notes, labs and/or imaging results will be faxed to the office.

TPMG Patrick Henry Family Medicine

TPMG Newport News Internal Medicine

Patients have the choice of transferring care to another TPMG office not listed above, or electing to receive care from any physician outside of TPMG. TPMG Peninsula Internal Medicine officially closed it’s doors on May 6, 2016.
