Vernon, Eileen B., NP-C

Eileen B. Vernon, NP-C joined Dr. Glenn T. Rauchwarg and Dr. Thomas B. Hoag with the opening of TPMG Discovery Park Family Medicine on October 1, 2014.

Ms. Vernon received her BSN at the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing and her MSN in Primary Health Care Nursing at the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing in 1987. She is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and has an additional certification as a Gerontological Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tau-International Honor Society of Nursing and Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners.

Ms. Vernon welcomes her existing patients, as well as new patients to schedule an appointment with her.
