AnnMarie DeFiglio, M.D. received her undergraduate degree from John Hopkins, and earned her Doctor of Medicine at UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School. She completed residencies in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in Rochester, New York. Dr. DeFiglio is a Fellow in American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. DeFiglio is board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics and has been practicing in Yorktown since September 2004.
