Dr. Dorcas Zuniga earned her degree in medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia, and completed her residency at Portsmouth Family Medicine Residency Program in Portsmouth, Virginia, which is a program of the Eastern Virginia Graduate School of Medicine. Dr. Zuniga is board certified in Family Medicine.
She specializes in Family Medicine and welcomes her loyal patients, as well as new patients to her new practice located in the Haygood Medical Center.
Dr. Zuniga grew up in the Virginia Beach area as a child, and attended school in the Virginia Beach and Norfolk areas. She left the area for a brief period of time in the early ’90s, and returned in 1993. She enjoys spending time with her wonderful husband and son, reading and writing, as well as being an active member of her church.
Dr. Zuniga joined our family of professionals at TPMG Atlantic Coast Family Medicine on July 1, 2013.
