Elizabeth A. O’Neil, M.D., F.A.C.S. received her undergraduate degree from West Virginia University and earned her Doctor of Medicine at the Medical College of Virginia. She completed a residency in General Surgery at Wake Forest University’s North Carolina Baptist Hospital.

Dr. O’Neil is board certified in General Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Her special medical interests include the treatment of breast disease, thyroid, and parathyroid disease. She has been practicing in Newport News since 1993.
