Fred N. Thomas, III, M.D. received his Bachelor of Science degree from Norfolk State University in Norfolk, Virginia. He earned his Doctor of Medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. Dr. Thomas completed his residency in Internal Medicine at East Carolina School of Medicine in Greenville, North Carolina.

Dr. Thomas joined TPMG Hampton Family Medicine in September of 2006.
