Banning, Scott J., MD

Scott J. Banning, M.D. received his undergraduate degree from Hampden-Sydney College, a Master in Business Administration degree from the College of William & Mary, and earned his Doctor of Medicine at the Medical College of Virginia. He completed a residency in Family Medicine at Riverside Regional Medical Center.

Dr. Banning is board certified in Family Medicine and has been practicing in Newport News since 1994.
