Rauchwarg, Glenn T., DO

Dr. Glenn T. Rauchwarg completed his undergraduate degree in biology at Saint Bonaventure University in Saint Bonaventure, New York, graduating Cum Laude. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathy from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1992. He completed his residency in family practice at St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center in Syracuse, New York in 1995.

Dr. Rauchwarg served as Commander in the United States Navy Reserves from 2001 to 2012. He was mobilized in 2003 to support Operation Noble Eagle and Operation Enduring Freedom. He received numerous honors and awards during his service to our country, including the National Defense Service Ribbon and the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Service Medal.

Dr. Rauchwarg is board certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Practice, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians (F.A.A.F.P.). He is an active member of the Virginia Academy of Family Physicians, the Medical Society of Virginia, Williamsburg/James City County Medical Society (President 2005, Vice President 2004) and the Wilderness Medical Society. He earned Eagle Scout honors with the Boy Scouts of America in 1984. He currently serves as the Assistant Scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 103.

Dr. Rauchwarg has been practicing in the Williamsburg area since 1998 and partnered with Thomas B. Hoag, DO, joining TPMG on October 1, 2014. Eileen B. Vernon, NP-C also joined Dr. Rauchwarg and Dr. Hoag. TPMG Discovery Park Family Medicine is located in the New Town area of Williamsburg.
