Jones, Harriett, MD

Dr. Harriett Jones was born and raised on the Peninsula. She attended the University of Virginia, where she obtained her undergraduate degree. Afterwards, she attended Eastern Virginia Medical School, where she received her Doctor of Medicine degree. In 1986, Dr. Jones completed her residency program at Eastern Virginia Medical School, and became board certified in Family Medicine the same year.

Dr. Jones’ special interests are in the treatment of chronic diseases, such as diabetes and hypertension. Her personal interests include hiking, biking and volunteering with the Rescues Boat Hydroplane Races.
