Singh, Rajinder, MD

Dr. Rajinder Singh is board certified in Neurology. He completed his neurology residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School and clinical neurophysiology fellowship at Wayne State School of Medicine in Michigan. He completed his post-doctoral fellowship at John Hopkins School of Medicine.

Prior to joining TPMG Peninsula Neurology, Dr. Singh worked in private practice in Newport News, Virginia for almost 14 years and prior to that he worked at the VAMC and Neurology faculty at Eastern Virginia Medical School for 9 years.

His special interests include migraine headaches, movement disorder, multiple sclerosis, dementia, and epilepsy and stroke management. He has special expertise in clinical neurophysiology including EMG and EEG and Botox. He treats patients with Botox for the following neurological disorders: chronic migraine headache, cervical dystonia, post stroke spasticity, hemi facial spasm, blepharospasm and hyperhidrosis.
