Hebert, Christiana K., MSN, FNP-BC

Christiana Hebert, MSN, FNP-BC received her undergraduate degree from Midwestern State University, Wichita Falls, Texas, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She earned her Master of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner from Texas Tech University, Lubbock, Texas in 2012. Christiana is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Christiana joins Dr. Charlotte Moore in providing care to children, adults and geriatrics in a professional and caring environment. She comes to Kiln Creek Family Medicine from Honolulu, Hawaii, where she worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her previous experience included working in California, New Mexico, Texas and Okinawa, Japan.

TPMG welcomed Christiana to Kiln Creek Family Medicine in March 2016.
