P. Marlene Capps, M.D. received her undergraduate degree from Virginia Polytechic Institute and earned her Doctor of Medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School. She completed a residency in Family Practice at Riverside Regional Medical Center.

Dr. Capps is board certified in Family Practice and joined TPMG West Point Family Medicine in 2003.
