Spencer A. Nadolsky, D.O. completed his undergraduate degree in Exercise Sports Science at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, NC in 2007. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in 2011 from Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Blacksburg, VA, and will complete his residency training through Riverside Family Medicine in Newport News, VA in July 2014. Upon completion of his residency, Dr. Nadolsky joined TPMG Yorktown Family Medicine August 1, 2014.

Dr. Nadolsky aspires to become a medical bariatrician. He promotes nutrition and fitness, and is the founder and CEO of www.LeanerLiving.com. His publications include Precision Nutrition Doctor Detective Series, Men’s Health, Muscle & Fitness and The Guardian. In his spare time, Dr. Nadolsky enjoys exercising and cooking.

Additionally, he placed 3rd All-time on Tar Heel Single Season Wins Varsity Wrestling in 2005, ranked Top 3 Heavy Weight in Nation in 2006, Academic All-American Wrestling in 2006 and was named Student Athlete of the Year UNC Wrestling in 2007. Dr. Nadolsky received award recognition for Student D.O. of the Year Runner Up in 2009 and Outstanding Family Medicine Intern of the Year Riverside Regional Medical Center 2011-2012.

Dr. Nadolsky is a member of the American Society of Bariatric Physicians, American Medical Society for Sports Medicine and National Lipid Association.
