E. Thomas Freeman, M.D. received his undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech and earned his Doctor of Medicine at the Medical College of Virginia. He completed an internship and residency in Family Medicine at Riverside Hospital. He is board certified in Family Medicine and has been practicing in Chesapeake at Indian River Family Practice since 1987.
