Ruth H. Innes, M.D. received her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and earned her Doctor of Medicine at Ross University School of Medicine, Dominica, West Indies. She completed a residency in Family Medicine at Riverside Regional Medical Center.

Dr. Innes is board certified in Family Medicine and joined TPMG Hampton Family Medicine in 2003. She is currently a member of the TPMG Hospitalist Division.
