Franklin D. Seney, Jr., M.D. is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. Dr. Seney also completed a fellowship in Nephrology at Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut.

Dr. Seney is board certified in Nephrology and Internal Medicine. He has been in practice on the Peninsula since 1991. Dr. Seney joined TPMG Nephrology on January 1, 2009.
