Dr. Jo Anne Trimbur was born and raised in Newport News, Virginia, and is excited to offer her healthcare services to you, your family and friends in the surrounding area at TPMG After Hours Care Clinic as of March 2013.

Dr. Trimbur received a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, and afterwards, accepted a position as a mechanical engineer at Newport News Shipbuilding, where she worked for several years prior to attending medical school. In 2002, she graduated from EVMS, and completed her Family Medicine residency at Riverside Regional Medical Center (VCU) in 2005. Dr. Trimbur is board certified in Family Medicine has been practicing in Newport News and Williamsburg since 2005.

She is happily married to her husband, Jeffery Trimbur, who is currently employed at Newport News Shipbuilding.
