Lisa R. (Otto) Cash, M.D. earned her Bachelor of Science from Texas State University-San Marcos in 1994, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She studied at the University of Texas Houston Health Science Center, attaining her Doctorate of Medicine in 2001. Dr. Cash completed a residency in Family Medicine at the Chesterfield Family Medicine program in Richmond. She has maintained board certification in Family Medicine since 2004 through the American Board of Family Medicine.

Dr. Cash is married to Douglas and has two children, a son and a daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cross-stitching and raising chickens. Her practice interests include women’s health and problem wound healing, and she also works at the Sentara Wound Healing Clinic in Williamsburg.

Dr. Cash joined TPMG West Point Family Medicine in 2005.
