TPMG accepts insurance from the list of carriers below.

Although we have group contracts with all of the insurance carriers listed, please contact your provider’s office to find out if your physician accepts your insurance. Not all providers actively participate in all TPMG list of carrier plans, therefore, it is important to verify that your provider participates in order to avoid additional out-of-pocket expenses. If you have questions regarding your insurance, please contact your insurance company. For questions regarding your bill, please contact our Central Billing Office at 757-232-8777.

• Aetna (Commercial plans, NOT Medicare plans) Effective January 1, 2025 (Note: We are considered “out-of-network” for all Aetna policies purchased through the insurance exchange created by the Affordable Care Act. Insurance cards with the QHP logo depicted on the front of the card would be considered “out-of-network”)

• United Medicare Advantage PPO (Patients will be asked to sign a waiver in the office. We do not accept the HMO plan)
