Brad Carmines, M.D., received his undergraduate degree from Christopher Newport University and earned his Doctor of Medicine at the Eastern Virginia Medical School. He completed a residency in General Surgery at the Eastern Virginia Graduate School of Medicine and a residency in Family Medicine at the University of Florida Health Sciences Center. Dr. Carmines is board certified in Family Medicine and has been practicing in Newport News since 1988.
