TPMG Colonial Family Medicine opened its doors to patients in the Williamsburg area in August 2011. Our physicians have been providing care to patients on the Peninsula for many years, and expanded to the Williamsburg area in order to provide another convenient location for patients to receive excellent, professional care.

Patients are seen by appointment only. Same day appointments are available, however, please call the office early in the morning to schedule an appointment.

If you have an urgent medical need after hours or on the weekend that requires the attention of one of our physicians, please have the on-call physician paged through Riverside Hospital by calling (757) 594-2000.

Please request prescription refills during your regular scheduled appointment with your physician, or contact your pharmacist to have your refill request faxed, or electronically sent to us. Please allow 48 hours for us to process your refill request(s) after we receive it from your pharmacy.

We encourage you to request referrals to specialists during your scheduled appointment, however, if you are unable to do so, please contact us prior to your appointment with the specialist that you will be seeing. Please keep in mind that this process may take up to 3 business days since we are authorizing your referral request through your insurance carrier.
