TPMG Rheumatology has been serving patients in the Tidewater area since 2008.

We accept new patient appointments by referring physicians only, and participate with most insurance carriers.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes early for your scheduled appointment to complete paperwork, or for your convenience, required forms listed above can be printed and completed prior to your appointment. The required forms include New Patient Rheumatology History, Patient Information Sheet and Privacy Notice. Please remember to bring completed forms with you to your appointment. Patients arriving more than 10 minutes after their scheduled appointment time will need to be rescheduled. We require a minimum 24 hour notice when cancelling an appointment, with the exception of extreme emergencies.

If your insurance requires an authorization to see a specialist, please ensure that your primary care physician has forwarded a copy to our office in advance of your scheduled appointment. Patient presenting without a valid authorization will be responsible for payment in full.

Insurance copays are due at the time of your appointment as per the agreement between you and your insurance carrier. Patients with a high deductible plan or coinsurance are expected to make a minimum payment of $100 towards their bill at the time of their appointment. Any outstanding balance that remains after insurance claims are filed with be billed to the responsible party. Outstanding balances on patient accounts will be collected at the time of service, as well.
